About Me

Welcome to AND JUSTICE FOR JBM. My name is James B. Mitchell, a proud United States Air Force veteran, Christian, and paralegal. I completed an illegal 11 1/2 year sentence in federal prison in June of 2020 I was falsely convicted and totally innocent of. I also recently completed three years of supervised release in June of 2023 as part of my sentence supervised by federal probation

"I declare, under penalty of perjury, that everything in this website is factually true and provable pursuant to 28 U.S.C., Section 1746 which carries, with like force, the same as a sworn notarized affidavit."

I was wrongfully prosecuted and convicted of fabricated money-laundering offenses by the IRS that was exacerbated by the corrupt court unconstitutionally denying me bail during the year-long prosecution stage. I spent a whole decade in federal custody which began in July of 2010 with a year in a federal detention facility in Arkansas; transferred in August of 2011 to a federal prison in Louisiana; and transferred again in July of 2017 to another federal prison in Texas where I was released from on June 25, 2020. There is no parole in the federal prison system although I was credited with 54 days a year earned good time.

While our nation’s prisons are overcrowded with those who claim they are innocent, I have compelling evidence to prove that I am actually innocent but I was wrongfully denied that constitutional due process right for several years while in federal prison only because of unethical criminal judicial misconduct by these same evil-minded corrupt federal judges to justify their own abitrary and capricious purposes.

I am not asking anyone to take my word for it. I ask only that you take just a few minutes of your time to examine the indisputable and provable factual evidence from the court record on this website and make your own conclusions. So please lend me your ear for a few minutes and let me prove it to you.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." - Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929 – 1968), American Baptist minister and activist who became the most visible leader and spokesperson of the American civil rights movement from 1955 until his assassination on April 4, 1968 when shot and killed as he stood on the balcony of a motel in Memphis, Tennessee.

I owned and operated an entertainment business from 2003 until 2010 and filed tax returns with the IRS every year like any other legal business in this great country. Our business provided clients with male and female dancers for all special party occasions (birthday, fraternity, sorority, bachelor, bachelorette, graduation, anniversary, inter alia).

Subsequent to a week-long multi-year audit in 2008, in which they came up empty handed, over the next two years corrupt IRS agents and federal prosecutors vindictively conspired to fabricate totally false money laundering charges against my business that I am truly innocent of, yet I was maliciously prosecuted and wrongly convicted.

There were no losses and no victims (except me) in which I lost everything material that I owned. While languishing in federal prison for a whole decade fighting a corrupt judicial system, I lost my business, my money, my vehicles, my home, my rental property, my excellent credit, and all other assets I owned. Most importantly, however, I lost my freedom which no one can put a price on.

"If perpetrators are not held accountable, they are an encouragement to others to do the same thing. Some people are capable of evil and unless good people fight, evil will prevail. We fight because we have to." General George S. Patton (1885 - 1945), paying homage to all the good people (many of whom died for our freedom) who fought to defeat Hitler in World War II.

Unless I continue to fight, evil will prevail. Justice is that moral fabric that holds America together but without justice, the evil perpetrated on society as a whole by these corrupt judges can never heal.
